Taste the rainbow.

Sunday, November 5, 2017

When I went to one of Diane Chang’s pop-up dinners and ate my way through her Chinese medicine–inspired, color-coordinated courses, I had to know more about this chef, her biz Popo’s, and her unique inspiration. We covered all of it in this profile for Tidal (and the images by Anna Wolf are A++!).

The other Natalie Morales.

My love for Natalie Morales runs deep (Trophy Wife was SORELY underrated) and I was beyond thrilled to nab her for the new issue of Tidal. These photos are the cutest/most gorgeous and getting to chat with her over pancakes in my very own neighborhood was how I’d like to spend every Saturday please and thank you.

Eight is great.

It doesn’t seem possible, but here it is: ISSUE 08!! I’m in love with our cover girl Ilana Glazer, and editing the convo between her and our design director Mike Perry and making sense of their heady stoner talk was totally the fun kind of challenge. I can’t even with these images, I mean lookit that jumpsuit, okay?? Every page in this issue is tiiiiiiight and the whole shebang is on sale right now through winter.

The big fixx.

Had the most fun interviewing Dionna Chambers for the inaugural cover of The Fixx. Hers is a powerful story for a powerful issue!

She’s like a rainbow.

When I interviewed Amina Mucciolo about her bonkers-colorful abode for Nylon’s September issue Home Girl feature, I had no idea it would be the last story I’d ever write for the magazine. Happy that I went out on such a posi note. RIP Nylon, I miss you already.
